than a regular profile page, Also you can send more traffic to your BLOG

Self Awareness And Your Success
Have you ever sat down and really gotten present with who you are with your business?
Are you Self Aware? What does it have to do with success?
What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? I have to admit, I have many weaknesses and can always use some coaching or practice to sharpen my skills. I believe we all can, if we just really look deep into ourselves.
Are you self aware? Do you really know what you need to do to get better at what you want to achieve?
This morning I was surfing the web and I stumbled upon a video that Gary Veynerchuck created about self awareness and knowing who we are. It totally struck a cord with me.
I immediately realized just how blind we are to our own reality and how we may need to really look deep into what we are doing daily , our knowledge and skills and how we use them daily and how we interact with the world in general.
Do you know who you are? Do you know your strengths versus your weaknesses? how do you interact with people and in business?
Have you really gone deep in your knowledge of what your all about.. self awareness is bigger than we may know.

As a Network marketer, I see this all the time, new marketers get frustrated, angry, they think everyone else that has had success online is withholding. Do you feel that way? Have you wondered what the so called Secret is??
I was a skeptic too. I thought all the good marketers didn’t want to give away the dirty secrets. I was so far off with my thinking. The truth was, I didn’t want to listen, I just wanted success instantly and I wanted someone to take my hand and show me. The dirty little secret was already out. I just didn’t want to listen.
For 3 years online I believed these false beliefs.. until one day I really gave it some thought The one single thing that most successful marketers always told me was..
“Be persistent, consistent and never give up”.
This past year I took that advice very seriously… I worked night and day, delivering content, making new connections and sharing my knowledge. I knew not everyone knew what I could teach others , there had to some people out there that could learn from me..
Magic started to happen..
I want to share my story and my thoughts on what persistence, and consistency have in common..

Are you getting frustrated with posting ads on Facebook every single day?

I used to post morning, noon and night. I felt like I couldn't get anything else done
in my business or personal life.
Facebook sure doesn't make it easy anymore now that they Don't allow auto-posting
where you used to be able to post to massive amount of groups all in one time.

Facebook will block you now if you use Auto poster software. With Facebook and their NEW
algorithms, you now are required to post each post manually into each group and it could take hours to do

1. People find your ads annoying.
Your friends list and members of that group see your ads daily and they clog up everyone's news feeds
and notifications. Many people get annoyed seeing your ads all day long and can cause people to delete you.
You want to try to keep as many people as friends and interested in you because at some point, they may need or want what you have to offer. Don't scare people away from you .. You want to attract them to you instead.
2. How many leads do you REALLY get?
During my days of Facebook "Spamming" I noticed that I was spending so much time posting just like
90% of the people in those groups and getting hardly any leads. It was like were all posting ads at each
other with no leads to grab. The Facebook "work from home" groups are 80% ads and maybe 20% buyers seeking opportunities. I found that I only got a handful of leads per week that didn't amount to much. Most of them never took action. DEAD LEADS. I was feeling like I was spinning my wheels.
